How long will my finished video be? Your video will be about a minute long. Viewers will tune out beyond this point. Your video is intended to give a brief, but impactful introduction of you and your services to the community.
How long will the taping last? Our goal for the taping is 30-60 minutes. However, we will take whatever time is needed to get the footage that works best for you. If it takes longer than 60 minutes, additional charges will apply per half hour.

How can I prepare for the video shoot? Make sure you are feeling your best when you arrive. Get plenty of rest the night before. If you are tired or sick, your presentation on camera will suffer. A good energy level is key so make sure you are healthy, well rested, and have eaten recently.
Should I write a script? No, not at all. In fact, we strongly advise against it. Unless you are a trained actor your presentation will come across sounding staged and phony. The goal is to sound real and genuine. You may bring a few "talking points" on a notecard if you'd like.
What if I don't know what to say? No problem. You will be provided with questions in advance. We will help you figure out a few key messages you want to convey to your audience. The taping will be conducted as an interview, so you will be able to respond to questions instead of delivering a staged script.

How should I dress for the video? You should wear whatever you would wear if you were seeing a client in person. So, if you dress in a suit and tie to meet clients, do so for the video. If your industry allows you to dress more casually when meeting a client, then dress in the same manner for the video. Be consistent. Remember, we will only shoot the top portion of your body.

What colors should I wear? Dark, vivid colors are always best. White and lighter pastels tend to wash out on camera. If you wear a white shirt or blouse, make sure to complement it with a jacket or sweater that has some color. To be on the safe side, bring an alternative choice of clothing in case what you wore doesn’t work. This is optional.

What information do you need from me? Web address, fax numbee will need all the information that will appear on you web page in written form. This includes: phone numbers, address, e-mail address, wr. We will also need information about services you provide, special offers, and whatever marketing messages you'd like to appear on your page.
